First purchase with a problem and a solution. Great people works in this shop, they sent me everyhing super fast and a product was broken, no issues at all. Refunded. Great catalogue as well. This is the best of Italy.

I have been ordering from Ecco Verde since 6 years and I am always pleased with my purchases. The products are amazing, the choice range is huge and allows to discover organic or simply natural brands from all over Europe (mainly Italian and German brands), the packaging is great and parcels are delivered quickly and without any damages. Moverover, the company is very transparent regarding product availability and planned delivery times and it regularly offers interesting discounts.

I ordered from Sweden thinking that this is a Sweden site, especially since you can even pay with Klarna, but actually it's German.
That's all ok finally.
Butttt, they sent the order with FedEx which is terrible in Sweden.
They have marked the package as delivered, but nothing was delivered.
After 2-3 weeks of calls and contact both with FedEx and Ecco Verde, FedEx tells me that they will refund to sender. Ok.
Except, it has been more than one month since then and Ecco Verde hasn't sent me anything back, not even following up in last 2-3 weeks and they said they are waiting for the FedEx refund.
Well, that is not my problem, as a customer.
I have placed this order on 12 Feb 2023 and today is 22nd March and still haven't received anything.
This was my first order, so this tells me they don't care about their customers at all, not even when they are ordering first time.
Sweden possible customers, just stay away.
100% don't recommend the store!

I purchased here aroma stone vaporizer with an essential oil. Not only they sent me this device already used!! they didn't include in the box essential oil!!
Customer service is totally useless.
I wish I'd look for more reviews before my purchase in detail....

Bad customer service . They sent me an email telling me parcel will be delivered on the Monday . Waited in all day … nothing . Then got a message from ups that they put a card in on Friday ( they did not come hear the door , or put a card in ) & that it’s now left in ups pick up shop . The woman in this shop only gives you your parcel if you show your passport, I contacted Ecco verde , telling them I wanted it redelivered to my home , they just replied that they hope I pick the parcel up ! This shop has limited opening hours , so it was a week later that I
got my parcel .On collecting the parcel the woman gave me my parcel ( after cross questioning me for ages as name on parcel was different to my own ). She then told me that if I snitch on her that she has my address & she knows people & they're not afraid to do something! I laughed , thinking she was joking , she then told me that she was serious !… scary & extremely unprofessional. The make up & toiletries weren’t wrapped individually & were all rattling around in the box . They should have each been wrapped with paper & box filled to hold items still .I had been looking forward to receiving my items but enjoyment in my purchase had gone due to the shoddy delivery company & lack of customer service from Ecco verde .

Their selection of products is really amazing. I love finding my staples as well as trying new products from other Europeans brands I had never heard of. Their customer service is great, and delivery always efficient. Love love love how conscious they are about the environment in the way they package the orders. I always find what I need and thanks to them I have discovered new fav products that I use daily. The selling point from the start was that delivery to the UK is easy, quick and cheap, which is a relief after Brexit, and not to be taken from granted.

I ordered a product from these people and they are stating that there was a problem at customs with the product. Instead of trying to figure out a solution, they immediately said they are just going to cancel my order. I asked if they could try sending it again and they just flat our said NO! Horrible customer service, crappy communication. Don’t buy from this company.
